Service disruption affecting some tenants

    The fix has been fully deployed and all affected tenants have returned to normal operation. All services are operational. We will continue to monitor closely and will publish a follow-up if anything changes.

  2. Identified - 31 Aug 2026, 07:20 UTC

    We have identified the issue as originating in our authorization service. A fix is being deployed now, and we expect affected tenants to recover as the rollout completes. We will confirm once the recovery is verified.

  3. Investigating - 31 Aug 2026, 07:15 UTC

    We are investigating reports of service unavailability affecting a subset of tenants. The cause has not yet been identified. Our engineering team is actively investigating and we will share another update as soon as we know more.
